David has had a successful corporate career including senior leadership roles directly reporting to CEOs.  He has coached leaders at all levels from frontline supervisors through to C-Suite leaders.   He is pragmatic using a solution focused and systematic approach.  David’s goal is to leave the coaching client with clarity of purpose, improved problem solving skills and a plan to reach their goals.

David has over 25 years’ experience in a range of leadership roles. He has worked with leaders at all levels in Defence and Aerospace, Manufacturing, Finance, Mining, Logistics (Road, Rail and Marine), Government and Not for Profit.  David has led a diverse range of teams including HR, R&D and project teams on major projects.  He has planned and led complex industrial relations negotiations in volatile environments.

Business Planning and Business Team Coaching 

David is an accomplished facilitator and presenter which has included speaking at conferences as a subject matter expert.  He has facilitated many business strategy and planning workshops including the development of goals, measures and targets.  These measures were successfully cascaded through the business to individual contributors.

The purpose of team coaching is to help teams work efficiently through change and to address any dysfunctions that might arise over time.  We tailor team coaching and workshops to the specific needs of the business.  We provide an initial free consultation with the relevant business leader to understand the goals for the team and then provide a scope of work.
