With an MBA and a Bachelor of Business, I bring over two decades of senior HR leadership experience across manufacturing, mining, logistics, and the not-for-profit sectors. As a former Chief People Officer, I specialise in HR transformation, turnaround leadership, project delivery, change management, and short-term capability uplift.
